Elizabeth Jane Hurley has been a model and actress in England since the late 1980s. In 1990, she was rumored to be Hugh Grant's lover. The year 1994 was the year that Hugh Grant was the center of global media attention because of the worldwide box office success of his movie Four Weddings and a Funeral Hurley joined him for the film's Los Angeles premiere in a stunning black Versace gown, which was pinned together by gold safety pins which gained the media's attention immediately. Her most memorable professional experience has been her involvement with the company that makes cosmetics Estee Lauder. The first time Hurley was a model, she started her career at Estee Lauder, when she was 29 years old. The model has been modeling since 1995 for their products, especially perfumes like Sensuous Intuition or Pleasures. Vanessa Kensington is her best well-known role in the Mike Myers spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me Both of which were huge hits. Hurley currently models and designs an eponymous beachwear line.
